Care instructions

All items have care instructions in the item description; they also are tagged and/or labeled with care instructions.

Sizing details

Measurements are given in the item description. Please send a message if additional info is needed.

Gift wrapping and packaging

Items are wrapped in such a way that they may be given as gifts, ready-wrapped. Simple but effective, rustic yet classy, many shoppers have found this to be very suitable for their gifting needs.

Lost packages

Knocking on wood here, but none of my packages have ever been lost. There was one that traveled the world before finally arriving at its destination.

That said, I stay on top of tracking and make sure I see the item arriving where it's supposed to go. And I will immediately alert buyers if I see a hiccup in the postal system and, if necessary, contact postal staff to help track things down.

Should a package ever be truly lost, I will be happy to work with you to resolve the situation to everyone's satisfaction.

Porch pirates: Theft of mail is a felony criminal offense. While I can sympathize with the loss of an item due to porch pirates, I cannot be responsible for such theft. If this happens, I recommend contacting home insurance providers or your CC provider to see if such theft is covered in their policies. Also, file a police report and file a theft report with your local post office.

Returns and Exchanges

Some of my items can be exchanged, however OOAK items cannot, in which case a return and refund is the best way to go.

For either exchange or refund, please contact me within 3 days, and return item within 7 days.

Returned items must be in the same pristine condition in which they were sent to qualify for a refund or exchange. Items must be free of dirt, stains, odor, pet hair, or smoke and other odors such as scents.

Please try on apparel BEFORE removing security tape; if tape is removed or altered, the item is no longer eligible for a return.

I strongly recommend sending returned items with tracking, for your safety and mine.

Shipping

Most items are shipped with First Class Package services; if package weight exceeds the amount allowed for FCP, they are shipped using Priority.

Privacy

To fulfill customers' orders, I collect information which you have provided for your order, such as your name, address, email address, and the details of your ordered items. I do not, at any time, have access to anyone's personal information beyond these basics mentioned, nor to any kind of payment information, including the type of payment used or other financial details.
